### 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the digital platforms, lookbooks, and curation archives provided by Sourcing Rooms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

### 2. Nature of Service
Sourcing Rooms operates strictly as an independent product scouting and design research service. We do not maintain a retail warehouse, sell physical goods directly, or process transactional payments for furniture. Any sourcing reports, location blueprints, or digital archives provided are for informational and discovery purposes only.

### 3. Independent Third-Party Transactions
All final asset purchases, monetary exchanges, and sales negotiations occur directly and exclusively between the client and the independent third-party holder or seller of the item. Sourcing Rooms is not a party to these transactions and explicitly disclaims all liability regarding final pricing, item conditions, authenticity guarantees, or seller interactions.

### 4. Intellectual Property
All curated content, lookbook photography, text layouts, proprietary research formats, and branding displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of Sourcing Rooms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our custom archive materials is strictly prohibited.

### 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, along with your use of the Sourcing Rooms platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this service shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.

Curation Fees & Retainer Structure

To maintain our dedicated, high-touch curation standard, we require a $150 initial sourcing retainer per request. This fee covers our exhaustive regional search through private estate liquidations, dealer networks, and exclusive local archives.

• Curation Commission: 15% of the item's final purchase price once located and approved.
• The "Ultimate Find" Clause: If we leverage our local network to secure your design piece completely free of charge from an owner looking to clear space, the 15% commission is waived and replaced by a flat $99 Minimum Curation Fee.

By focusing exclusively on local curation, we completely eliminate unpredictable freight fees, passing the massive equity and savings directly to you.
